Positions are full-time, Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturday shifts. Job Description for Receptionist

This role requires foundational knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and available services, standard protocols for interacting with clients and caring for animal patients, competence in data entry and word processing, along with working knowledge of routine hospital procedures, veterinary documentation, and medical terminology.

Job Description for Technician

This individual should recognize the vital role that every client and patient plays in our practice and consistently demonstrate compassion, professionalism, clinical competence, and warmth in all interactions. Responsibilities include supporting the medical team by performing a wide range of technical tasks related to surgery, laboratory work, inpatient and outpatient care, as well as assisting doctors and educating clients.

Job Description for Kennel Assistant

The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, and able to communicate effectively. A high school diploma or GED is required. Responsibilities include general facility upkeep such as cleaning cages and kennels, washing dishes, doing laundry, mopping floors, restocking supplies, feeding and exercising animals, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
