Dr. Kevin Dale Schramm: Dr. Kevin Dale Schramm was born and raised in Cedar City, Utah. He received a B.S. in biology/zoology from Southern Utah University in 1992. He entered Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1997. He also is a graduate of the CSU Medical Acupuncture Course in 2006. His interests include surgery, dentistry, preventative medicine and pain control.
During his time at CSU, he met and married one of his classmates, Adrienne. Kevin and Adrienne never left the Fort Collins area. They have been serving clients in the Fort Collins area since 1997. It all started with a mobile practice out of the back of their pickup and it has evolved into Paws ‘N Claws.
Kevin enjoys any outdoor activity such as camping, fishing, hunting, and motorsports. He has a son from a previous marriage, who just provided Dr. Schramm with a grandson. He and Adrienne have a daughter, and three more sons. Kevin and his family have a pet Ball Python named Reggie, a Chocolate Lab named Dutch, a Black Lab named Billy and many fish. They currently reside in Wellington, Colorado. |

Dr. Adrienne Schramm: Dr. Adrienne Schramm was born and raised in the Bay Area, California. During her high school years, Adrienne also attended a nearby college and graduated high school in 1981 with an A.A. degree. Adrienne then attended the University of California at Riverside and graduated in 1983 with a B.A. in music. In 1984, she entered the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, acquiring a Bachelor of Music in voice performance in 1988 and a Master of Music in the same subject in 1990. Adrienne then made a career change and entered Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1993.
Adrienne's hobbies include music, photography, and spending as much time as possible with her family. |

Dr. M.C Seward: Dr. Seward is a 2008 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He is a Colorado native, and grew up in Northeast Colorado, where his family bred and raced American Quarter Horses. Following his undergraduate and graduate education at Colorado State University, he spent 8 years in the agriculture and equine industry working primarily in association management and racetrack marketing before pursuing his dream of becoming a veterinarian. Dr. Seward completed his clinical rotations at Colorado State University in 2008 and completed a post-graduate Fellowship in Equine Medicine at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in Lexington, Kentucky in 2009 before returning to Colorado to practice full-time.
He enjoys spending time with his wife, Shawn, and four children, Alex, Braden, Chase and Dixon, pursuing all types of outdoor activities, and horseback riding. |

Gwen: Gwen joined the Paws 'N Claws Veterinary team as a technician in October 2008. She is originally from New Jersey however, soon after her birth Gwen moved to Pennsylvania and lived there until 1990 when she relocated to Colorado. After high school, Gwen went to massage school but did not pursue working as a massage therapist. Because of her special bond with all types of animals, Gwen decided to enroll in the Vet Tech program at Front Range Community College. She graduated in August of 2008 with an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. Gwen's enjoys spending time with her family, friends & cat Timmie. Her hobbies include wakeboarding, snowboarding, mountain biking & camping. |

Jessica: Jessica became the Kennel Assistant/Receptionist at Paws 'N Claws Veterinary Clinic in November 2009. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in a traditional Polish household. Her family moved to Colorado when she was 8 years old. Jessica is a student at CSU where she is studying for her Bachelor's Degree in Equine Sciences. After graduation, she plans on attending the Veterinary Technician Program at Front Range Community College and hopefully starting her own Dude Ranch and Clinic.
Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as her cat, Gwiazdka, and two dogs Lilia & Chex. Her hobbies include reading, cooking and enjoying the great outdoors. |

Kristie: Kristie joined the Paws ‘N Claws team as a receptionist in August 2010. She was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Colorado in July of 2010.
Kristie has two children, Zack and Halie and two kitties, Cheeto and Merlin. She enjoys spending time reading, knitting, baking, hiking and camping. |

Valerie: Valerie joined the Paws N Claws team as a Veterinary Technician in June 2011. She attended Texas A & M University, where she graduated with a BS in Bioenvironmental Science. She was born in Texas, however moved around a lot growing up since her mom works for the military. Valerie has lived in Texas, California, Japan, Germany and recently moved to Fort Collins with her boyfriend, two cats (Alucius and Artemis) and dog (Odin)
Valerie enjoys hiking, creating things and spending time with her boyfriend and animals. |

Julie: Julie joined the Paws 'N Claws team in July 2011 as a Receptionist. She was born in Illinois, and moved to Colorado in grade school. She worked in the dental and medical fields before earning her A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology from Front Range Community College in Fort Collins. She earned her CVT in January 2011. Her hobbies include travel, reading, hiking, camping, going on walks or jogs with her boyfriend, Jim, and yellow lab, Dancer, as well as teaching Dancer new tricks. |
